We’ve been reminiscing over some old photographs lately and have come across some great pictures of our Managing Director Alan when he opened Greenland’s factory in Bangladesh, nearly 13 years ago. We’ve been working with Greenland Garments for many years, and when they opened a new factory in 2002, the Chairman very kindly asked Alan to go over and be a part of their official opening. It was an honour for Alan to be asked to do this and now he even has an official plaque on the factory wall with his name on to mark the occasion.
Greenland Garments Ltd are based in Dhaka in Bangladesh, and are a manufacturer and exporter of a large variety of knitted garments. We mainly use them for t-shirts, polo shirts and hoodies and they have a large production capacity which allows them to produce vast quantities of garments. We’ve had some pretty big orders with them in the past, some for up to 245,000 t-shirts, and their quality and efficiency means we go back to them again and again. Their technical experts help us design and produce the best garment possible for our customer, whilst managing to maintain low prices. They are also great at allowing us to provide pantone matched garments for our customer, which is often really key for some of our big clients, to ensure consistency with their brand.
We’ve developed a really close working relationship with Greenland over the years, and staff from Logo try to get over to visit as often as we can. Their expertise, quality and professionalism are really valued here at Logo and we look forward to continuing to work together with Greenland in the future.
