Snap-on Tools are one of the biggest names in motor vehicle industry and have an enviable reputation for high quality products. They’ve also been a key account for LOGO for many years and we’ve been designing, manufacturing and supplying their branded clothing very successfully since helping to create and establish the range of technical workwear garments in 2011.
It was jointly agreed that whilst the range of workwear was continuing to be in high demand it was time to review the range, refresh the garment designs and hopefully expand the number of styles available even further.
Snap-on entrusted the team at LOGO to use our in-depth knowledge of their market and their customer needs to create a new and improved range of technical workwear clothing.
LOGO lead the project by firstly assessing each garment in the current range, establishing which items needed to be improved and what additional details and features could be added.
We then enlisted the skills of our in-house graphic designer to visualise our new ideas ready for them to be assessed by our factory in China. Once we were happy that our ideas could be replicated exactly when manufactured and that the garment costs were acceptable, we then presented our range of ideas to Snap-on for review and feedback.
Snap-on trusted that our new designs would factor in all their key requirements of quality, durability and value and from their feedback we then moved to the sampling stage.
When physical prototype garments arrived, we checked them in detail against our garment specifications and then presented them to Snap-on when we’d confirmed that the samples matched our quality demands.
These same garment prototypes were then shown at the annual Snap-on Franchisee Conference so direct feedback from the franchisees could be gathered.
Following this lengthy process and only once we and Snap-on were happy that the products were correct did, we then move to gathering sales from their Franchisee network.
To support the marketing, promotion and selling process of this new and improved range of garments we also created a full colour A4 product brochure that details each product along with all it’s key item info. Each garment was photographed being worn and in the environment it’ll be used in.
Each item also lists its individual features and key selling points so the Snap-on Franchisee and their customers can make an informed buying decision.
LOGO have now produced a fully bespoke range of unique Snap-on branded workwear clothing that performs at the highest level and totals 12 product lines including Technical Winter Jackets through to workwear cargo trousers and standard Polo shirts and Hooded Sweatshirts.
Demand from Snap-on Tools customers was exceptional and first order requirements were huge.
Deliveries of the new range is scheduled for Autumn 2019 and we expect repeat order numbers to come thick and fast once the new range is in customers hands.
Excitement for the new Workwear Brochure is also high with expectations for the new range even higher.
